【Cyberia Node X — Event Update (12:00)】
本日6/27（土）の Cyberia Node X は、12:00現在、予定通り開催いたします。
新宿周辺では夕方以降も雨の可能性がありますが、現時点では開催に大きな支障が出る状況ではないと判断しています。また、交通機関にも現時点で大きな乱れは見られません。
雨の中でお待ちいただく時間をできるだけ避けるため、B1F物販フロアでの入場・受付開始を17:30に早めます。

ご来場の際は雨具をご用意のうえ、最新の交通情報をご確認いただき、時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。

Cyberia Node X will take place today, Saturday, June 27, as scheduled.
Rain is still possible around Shinjuku later today, but at this time we have determined that the event can proceed as planned. There are also no major disruptions to public transportation reported at this time.
To help reduce the time guests may need to wait outside in the rain, entry and check-in at the B1F merchandise floor will begin earlier, at **17:30**.

【イベントに関してのお知らせ】
ご来場の皆さまに安心してお楽しみいただくため、以下の内容をご確認ください。
・入場時は、事前にお送りしているリストバンドを装着のうえ、エントランスにてスタッフにご提示ください。
・イベント開催中は、お一人につき1ドリンク以上のご注文をお願いいたします。
・物販でのお支払い方法は、現金またはPayPayとなります。
・会場にはロッカーがございますが、数に限りがあります。荷物や傘を置けるスペースもご用意いたしますが、荷物預かりサービスではございません。貴重品は必ずロッカーをご利用いただくか、ご自身で管理をお願いいたします。
・会場内でご不明な点やお困りのことがありましたら、黄色いスタッフ腕章、またはネームカードを着用したスタッフにお声がけください。
・会場内での強引なナンパ、執拗な声かけ、その他ほかの来場者の迷惑となる行為は禁止いたします。もしそのような行為を受けたり、見かけたりした場合は、黄色いスタッフ腕章を着用したスタッフまでお知らせください。
・場内での写真・動画撮影は可能です。ぜひ #CyberiaNodeX のハッシュタグを付けてポストしてください。
ただし、ほかの来場者のプライバシーには十分ご配慮ください。
・未成年の飲酒・喫煙など、法に触れる行為は厳禁です。
ご本人だけでなく、イベント全体に大きな迷惑がかかりますので、絶対におやめください。
・今回ご出演いただくゲストの皆さまは、大変ありがたいことに本イベントをとても楽しみにしてくださっていますが、無断での撮影、過度な声かけ、サインの強要など、ゲストの方々のご迷惑となる行為はご遠慮ください。

【Event Information】
To ensure that everyone can enjoy the event safely and comfortably, please read the following information before attending.
・When entering the venue, please wear the wristband that was sent to you in advance and show it to the staff at the entrance.
・During the event, each guest is kindly asked to order at least one drink.
・Payment at the merchandise area can be made by cash or PayPay.
・Lockers are available at the venue, but the number is limited. We will also provide a space where you can place luggage or umbrellas, but please note that this is not a baggage check service. Please keep your valuables in a locker or carry them with you at all times.
・If you have any questions or need assistance inside the venue, please speak to a staff member wearing a yellow staff armband or a name card.
・Aggressive flirting, persistent approaches, or any behavior that may disturb other guests is strictly prohibited. If you experience or witness such behavior, please inform a staff member wearing a yellow staff armband.
・Photography and video recording inside the venue are allowed. Please feel free to post with the hashtag #CyberiaNodeX.
However, please be considerate of other guests’ privacy.
・Drinking or smoking by minors, as well as any other illegal acts, are strictly prohibited.
Such behavior causes serious trouble not only for the individual involved, but for the entire event. Please do not engage in any such acts under any circumstances.
・We are very grateful that our guest performers are looking forward to this event. However, please refrain from taking photos of them without permission, approaching them excessively, or requesting autographs in a way that may cause inconvenience.
