serial experiments lain 第1話に登場する少女、四方田千砂をモチーフにしたEP。静寂の中に不穏な気配が漂うアンビエント／チルアウト「Chisa (Node Silence)」と、死後のWiredへと加速していくようなデトロイト・テクノ「Chisa (Node Heaven)」を収録。さらに、この2曲をひとつの流れとして繋いだ「Chisa (Silence To Heaven Mix)」を収めています。同じ存在を、沈黙と高揚という対照的な二つの音像で描いた作品です。

An EP inspired by Chisa Yomoda, the girl who appears in the first episode of serial experiments lain.
It features "Chisa (Node Silence)," an ambient / chillout track with an unsettling presence drifting through the silence, and "Chisa (Node Heaven)," a Detroit techno track that seems to accelerate toward the Wired after death.
Also included is "Chisa (Silence To Heaven Mix)," which connects the two tracks into a single flow.
The EP portrays the same presence through two contrasting soundscapes: silence and euphoria.
